What's Next?
After your 3 years+ in Scouts, it's time to move on to bigger things by becoming an Explorer Scout. Here, you will meet other scouts from around Exeter as all 'Explorers' of your age (14-18) meet together to share in more adventurous activities! For more info, go to:

About the Scout Troop
|
Scouts, catering for males and females between 10-and-a-half to 14, meet on Fridays and provide a more varied and exciting program then what you would have experienced in Beavers and Cubs. You will also participate in many more outdoor and away-from-hq activities. These can include anything from camping to swimming to abseiling. Along with this there are over 70 badges available for different challenges and activities.

Young Leaders
|
We are proud to be taking part in the exciting Young Leaders Scheme which allows Explorer Scouts (14.5-18yr olds) to have a go at taking a leadership role in a scout, cub or beaver section. The young leaders assist the main scout leaders by taking over part of the night (for example, running a game) and bring new ideas to the scout program. Visit Scoutbase's YL Page for more info.
